The emotional business institute is all about emotional competence and consciousness development for people who guide, lead, coach and teach others.

In my 11 years of self-employed work as a trainer and coach, I have accompanied specialists and managers from a wide range of industries and supported them in overcoming a variety of crisis situations. In the process, I came to the realization that we need a new form of cooperation in which we make full use of our emotional competencies. Only in this way can we develop our highest potentials and achieve extraordinary success. This is not about optimizing processes that feed the "higher-faster-further" principle. Rather, it is about an urgently overdue realignment of our economy from a life-hostile to a life-affirming system.
